1. When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.
2. How long does delivery take?
Our standard delivery timeframe is:
- 7–12 business days for most regions
- Rural areas may require additional time depending on carrier availability
These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or unexpected logistical factors.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
You may track your shipment at any time through our Track My Order page.
If your tracking information does not update for several days, this may be due to carrier processing delays.
4. I entered the wrong address — what should I do?
If your order has not yet been processed, please contact us immediately at support@luroon.com.
Orders already shipped or in transit cannot be modified, and Luroon is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
5. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return:
1. Contact us with your order number
2. Follow the return instructions provided by our team
Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. My order is delayed — what should I do?
Delivery delays may occur due to carrier backlogs, weather conditions, customs inspections, or high-volume seasons.
If your order exceeds the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us and we will investigate the delay with the carrier.
7. I received a damaged or defective item — what happens next?
We’re sorry to hear that.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for replacement.
8. Do you offer cancellations?
Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase.
Once your order enters processing or shipping, we are unable to cancel it.
9. Are your products the same as shown in photos?
Yes — all product images represent the actual item.
However, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing improvements.
10. Do you ship internationally?
