Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

 

   -Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

   -Proof of purchase is required

   -Some items may be non-returnable (e.g., clearance products)

 

Luroon reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of damage, wear, or misuse.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
